    Engine Temp

    Greetings
    Have a Watch Dog TM2 in my D2 normal driving sits on about 92.Over night sitting in the car port it still reads 15 degrees in the morning when it's 0 or less is this normal or the D2 has a warm heart Cheers

    Don't worry about it. The ambient temperature under your bonnet and of your engine internals it bound to be warmer that the external air temperature.

    The motor is one big heat sink, it would take a long time for the motor to cool down to even the average daily temperature, and would never get near the daily minimum.
    Anyway, I bypassed the throttle heater a couple of weeks ago, and drove through 12" of snow in 0degC on the weekend for about 2 hours, with no trouble at all.

    My V8 runs at 92 up here in Cairns, and never gets near ambient temperature over night. Have the watchdog probe at the rear of the left hand head.
