    V8 intake upper manifold removal

I plan to remove the upper intake manifold.
Will I need a new gasket? hoping it is dry fitted and reusable.
I want to replace that push release brake servo pipe connector and pipe, is the connector in the manifold screwed it? if so what thread? What size vacuum hose?
    Where is the pcv(s) located?
I got a bit of a rough idle, plugs, leads anything else simple?

    thanks in advance

Thor has a tin gasket between upper and lower. It's probably a good idea to replace it as over time the sprung rings lose tension.

No PCV , however there is a non return valve between the intake on the LH rocker and the inlet.
Cannot help with the vacuum input as mine is bodged up as I have the Thor on a 14CUX 3.9

Replace the throttle body heater gasket while you have it off.
That is, if you haven't already bypassed it. Which would be easy to do then also, as it gets rid of one of the useless hard and brittle coolant tubes.

Most I have seen are M6 x 1.0 thread. I suggest you wait for the gas system is going on as removing the manifold top isn't actually that hard. Then you will know for sure where the holes need to go.
