If you have this, happy days otherwise you can knock a much shorter loom and source your power from your seats with a noise filter. The "factory" video input also hides under the drivers seat and there is inputs there for other things such as gaming consoles etc.

The picture quality is not real good by todays standards but my 6 and 3 year old don't complain.

I can post up some photos of the loom and video input box if that helps?
Under the drivers seat? Under the drivers seat is the factory location for the CD stacker. The DVD player is factory fitted under the passenger seat.

And it is a right pain to access if you want to change discs. Mine was stuffed literally anyway, with a scratched up Jackass disc, so I replaced it with a 1/2 DIN DVD player mounted at the bottom of the centre console.

I bought an Ebay cheapy, eonon or similar for about $90 delivered from China. I then elongated the factory or dealer loom from under the drivers seat to where I mounted the unit at the rear of the centre console. Works well but sometimes it has issues with certain DVDs. Disregard the PC under the drivers seat, it is completely unrelated project.

I ended up getting the manual from Go Technologies and headphones and remote from the states.

    Manual was $16.00
    Remote around $30
    Headphones under $20 each

I've got two kids Pedro with each seated next to a window. If they play up, they get banished to the extra seats up the back without the headphones. Sorts them out .

But yes, if there was a middle passenger, things could get dicey.

If I had a blank sheet, I'd go with an all in one unit on the roof with a larger screen with better resolution.

Part # for Eurovox Headphone Covers

Hi All, not sure if this info is posted anywhere else, if so I couldn't find it and thought it might be usefull.

Went to the landrover dealer looking for some new headphone covers for the DIIA (oh and they are the IR Headphones part # IRHP01 for the factory roof mount DVD player). Dealer couldnt supply the foam covers but generously offered to sell me new headphones for a rather large sum.

Contacted Eurovox Aust which is now owned by Go-Technologies by e-mail (website www.go-tech.com.au).

Can supply foam covers for $6.60 a pair + postage.

The part # for the covers is CS880.

    Cheers, Dave
