Try Long Ranger or Brown Davis.
BD do a much larger one - complete ***** to fit - but great gear.
Looking at the options for a long range petrol tank for a V8 2003 D2?
95L is fine for highway work, averaging 15L/100Km light work, climbs to over 16.5 when fully loaded with 2 adults 4 kids and fully loaded roof rack. Looking at doing corner country and back down the birdsville track next year most likely with a camper trailer so we are going to need extra capacity.
Try Long Ranger or Brown Davis.

If you are not a regular outback cruiser, then 4 jerry cans will do the job strapped to your camper. That is what I use, and you don't find yourself tapping into them all that often. A lot cheaper than a long range tank.
Oh yes, I do run a V8.![]()
Try Long Range Automotive, they do the tanks below, if you are really keen you can go up to 252 litres if you use the sill tanks as well.
I think the price from memory from TJM was around $2100 for the main tank installed and complianced with Qld Transport.
Note: The sill tanks do not fit with ACE and SLS due to the extra parts on the chassis rail.

I have the Browne-Davis set...200lts, 2mm steel. Maintains full ground clearance and obviously doubles the original range.
For me, which is why I did it, no extra top load for jerry cans, keeps the CoG lower, easier fit up than gas and requires no mods to ECUs etc.
