    Will this fit?

    Will a TD5 2004 engine slip into our 2002 TD5 Disco? Anything I have to look out for??

    Yes straight in, but.... it may have a different fuel reg setup (3 port instead of 2) which will require fuel line mods. Also the EGR system may be different which is a simple swap over of your old one or removal alltogether. Injector codes will have to be programmed.

    You will also have to run the later model ECU as the engine has different injection pressures, mapping etc. Also, the intercooler is thicker to run with that setup, so you should also change that over too.

    2002 ECU can be written to run a 2004 engine so won't be a problem.
