CDL-Replacing AMV with manual cable actuator?
The 3 bolts around the cdl spigot that hold the AMV actuator onto the transfer case seem to be too long to use to hold the bracket for the manual cable actuator?
anyone else come across this?
do I need to source original sized bolts? Anyone know the correct size of bolt I need?
Or am I mssing something here?
thanks in advance

What I was missing was that the old loctite and gunk at the bottom of the thread in the hole produced enough friction for me to be scared of busting the nut off (DIY Guy nerves), but as one of bolts went all the way with ease i persevered slowly and with a little WD40 to ease things along all is good and all three are in good and tight again with new threadlock and the Manual CDL linkage is installed on the transfer case.
now for the jigsaw puzzle
cheers
