Thread: glove box

Did you remove the springs ???
If not then it should just be a case of using your fingers to take up the spring pressure and close the glove box and feeding and guiding the spring arms into and over the cut out slits on either side of the glove box opening.

Yes I did remove the springs !!!!

just for the record, next time just pull up the "arms" under spring tension with your fingers until you get to the "Slit" then pull forward. The glove box will then drop fully on the bottom hinge to enable access to the rear of the glove box compartment
