    Hot Steering Column??

    When I have the airconditioner or just the fan on, the steering column gets hot enough for my hands to feel it when they are on the steering wheel. Can anyone shed some light on that? What would be in there to get hot.

    Ive done some searches but cannot find anything but that could be because of my lack of imagination with search terms.

    Td5 or V8?
    If V8, just about everything will get warm/hot from the exhaust I've read in a thread here before😜

    Its a auto TD5. Trust me not to include that.

    I have been looking in RAVE (that could be dangerous) and cannot see anything that should get hot. Might have to pul the plastic surround off and have a look.

    I sounds like you could have a faulty or sticky blend motor.
