    Power steering reservoir whirlpool

I had to think and search before I asked this question withou finding an answer but I have never noticed before that the fluid in the power steering reservoir is flowing to the extend there is a whirlpool. Maybe I have never looked before.

Is this normal or is there something wrong with it?

Mmm i thought my flow was quite pronounced as well...but i`ve got ACE and so the recirculation space is less thus causing more of a stir.... As far as i`m aware its normal.

It should swirl clockwise in Aus spec ones and counter clockwise in the Jap Euro and NAS spec ones.

Hmm if that is the case then it should be opposite to what I posted.
As soon as the bathroom is free I'm going to check the basin water

This could explain why Hiclones don't work. The direction of the fins might be Northern hemisphere spec and the swirling is going in the wrong direction in Aus.
