    Three amigos

I have had the three amigos on my 2004 disco td5 for a while but need to fix it now as I need to sell. Any suggestions on who to see or where to start with this ? I am in Albany w.a and need to try and fix it as cheap as possible.

ABS Mod - LAND ROVER CLUB V.I.

option B at the end can be done without unblocking the valve block, about an hours job. Will need a reset of the amigos with a scan tool.

That's providing its the shuttle valve that's causing them to come on, it's its a sensor etc, then you need to fix that first.

I can send you an ABS Amigo tool via Express Post for $250. It will clear the fault (if possible) and log the result to memory which you can read with a PC (or Mac) and mini-USB cable. If the fault returns, the text file in the memory on the ABS Amigo will tell you where the problem is via the fault code(s).

You can also order the ABS Amigo directly from RSW Solutions in the USA.

Other more expensive options that let you diagnose and clear faults and tweak settings (all ECU's, not just SLABS) include the FaultMate MSV-2 or Nanocom.

    Cheers, Paul.

If it's the shuttle valve then yes you could do it as it is only plug in. Have a look ABS Mod - LAND ROVER CLUB V.I.
it shows you the shuttle valve. the hard part is removing the old one as it sits underneath the Valve block.
But changing a shuttle valve may not solve your problem if a wheel sensor is at fault or similar.
