    There is absolutely no reason to disconnect any of the PAS pipes if you are simply unbolting the pump to move it out of the way, and as a consequence there is no need for any replacement o-rings relating to the PAS pump.

    If you were doing the pump bracket o-ring, which requires unbolting and move aside the various pumps, but not completely disassembly then you can get away with partially following the RAVE procedure.

    If you use the RAVE steering pump procedure you perform steps 1, 2, and 5 only.

    To move the air-con compressor you only need to do RAVE procedure steps 1, 3, and 8.

    And the ACE pump only requires RAVE procedure steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11.

    Easy to do, and no o-rings are harmed in the process.

    Are you chasing the whole arm or just the rubber.

    It's took me a while but I ended up finding one that actually fits properly (rubber) at Supercheap.
