    Question A/C-Heater problem

Turned the heater on a couple of days ago only to find that it was blowing cold air
Have done a coolant change today... drained system (including the heater) and flushed old coolant completely with clean water. Refilled with 6.5L of OAT concentrate and 6.5L of fresh water.
Checked operation of linkages on the heater itself (from under drivers side) and all appear to be functioning through their full range. Holding down the temp button/s on the climate control to increase temperature setting moves the actuator arms on the heater blend vanes from what I can see.
Could it be that something may have come adrift within the heater? ie. the coupling between actuator and blend vane?
Or, hopefully, could it be something much simpler?
I did have the fuel cooler out recently to check the o rings and give it a clean. Put it back together with the original o rings as I didn't have a replacement at the time. There are no leaks at the fuel cooler.
    Any thoughts greatly appreciated

    Thumbs up A/C-Heater problem

    Problem Solved !!

Looks like after all that I think it must have been an air lock in the heater circuit .. probably in the heater matrix.
    Anyhow... all good now
Just gotta fix the leaking bleed screw in the top radiator hose now .. feels like the internal nut (thread) is loose and turning.
