Get a small holesaw (15-20mm) ... cut a hole through the carpet (has a thick rubber backing) over the 4x screws that are under the front of the rear seats so the torx bit on a short extension can be made to reach the bolts (1st time I pulled the carpet back, and worked with the ratchet between the pan and the carpet .... it's much easier to cut holes, especially if your going to do this more than one time!).
Remove the screws (they are loctited in, and tight). Then fold the seats into the forward folded position, then remove the 4x rear bolts. Lift the seats out. It adds quite a bit of extra storage space. Put the bolts back in after the seats are out so you don't loose them, and it helps keep the dust out. The holes open out to the underside of the Disco.
Reverse the procedure to re-install. If you don't like the 4x small holes you've cut in the carpet, find some kind of plug you can push into them to cover them up.
