    EKA

I have searched without a result, I received the radio code and EKA after a VIN check, the EKA has four digits a number the letter F and then two numbers the manual refers to a four number code. Is the code incorrect or does the letter refer to a number? sixth letter? Help would be appreciated as I have just buggered up the one remote key I have trying to program a new remote using a Nanocom.
    Regards Ollie

    EKA is four numbers. i.e 12 5 2 6

find someone with a nanocom to source your EKA internally and even better change it to a user friendly sequence

Hey Al. EKA is four characters.

    My EKA is Number-Letter-Number-Letter

I think facelift D2's used the number/letter sequence, early D2's just numbers

    Like this .... 5 B 9 D

    So, it actually 5 11 9 13

When you get to 9 counting, then continue on with letters, so A=10, B=11, C=12, D=13 and so on.

It's easier to get a Nanocom and change the EKA to something simple like 1 3 2 1 because it's a bitch turning the key 11 times one way, 12 times the other way, etc ...

    EKA Codes

    Thanks Alpick & Fluids
One of the four charaters was F I entered 15 for this and the EKA code opened the car. Last night I was attempting to program a new remote key and managed to bugger up the one existing remote key. First time using a Nanocom, I now have the original key working and have entered a simple EKA code until I sort out the new remote, maybe it is the wrong frequency I read here there are two 314 Mhz and 433Mhz
    Thanks again Ollie
