    wheel nut cover thingamys'

    Hi All,
    I hope you are well...

I've attached a pic, i'm not quite sure what their technical term is however as you can see from the photo I would like to replace these - wheel nut covers??. Not of my own doing - I was side swiped in a hit and run unfortunately in our local area :-(...

Appreciate the help and any info on where I can buy them from...

    Thanks,
    Lp

    Hi LP,
The "cover" is part of the wheel nut, it's all one unit, so you need to buy replacements wheel nuts for the damaged ones.

While you are at it ditch the locknuts and replace them with the standard wheel nut, the lock nut shaped fitting used to remove them breaks eventually, normally when you are off road and need to change a wheel!

    Cheers

Oops, eBay or your local dealer, not expensive.

New wheel nuts are about $12 each. Try a wrecker if you are not chasing new ones. I threw all the lock nuts long ago.

covers are available, but usually they are the dimpled ones that id the lock nut.
but they can be replaced to these all round.
