x2 - sounds like the boost box is not altering the incoming voltage in anyway. It's probably worth double checking the installation and adjustments before condemning it as faulty.

That's what I thought, but when I purchased my VNT, Pete wasn't very interested in selling me a dual box with it.

    Hello,
Huge thanks to everybody with your replies. Well disconnected the MAF still gets the over boost. So at least I know where to look. Will go over the connections tomorrow for the boost box.

The way I got in touch with IRB was through the UK land Rover Land Rover UK Forums - Home his user name is " adafish "

Working on plan B to get the volt switch on the car this week and that should fix the volts from the MAP.

I will put money on it being the the boost box,

Because they limit the reading to around 1.2 bar I think. Its well below the over boost cut of 1.4 anyway.

Thats funny because when I purchased my vnt about 2 years ago (about the first batch and it blew up but thats another story) Pete was telling me 'he' was working a box to adjust the maf readings.

Then Ian came out with it first and I never sure one from pete, I just though he was selling ians box as they share all there other parts.

Nah, Pete was pushing me to setup a 19mm MAF bypass hose rather.

    Thats the lazy way.

beacuse your MAF reading will be out the whole way throught the rev range.

may as well run no maf.
