    no cdl light

    G'day,
i have a 2000 td5 D2 with a Davis CDL linkage. 6 months ago the CDL light worked OK, now I don't even get it as a bulb check at startup. The CDL works OK, but the light never comes on. I figure its not too much of a problem as low range = CD locked, high range = CD unlocked, but I was wondering if its a symptom of potential other electrical issues.
    Cheers

Check that the wire to the CDL switch on top of the front output casing near the CDL lever (or switches depending which model transfer case you have) is clean and connected firmly.

blown bulb? Bob [ we always think the worst case]
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
