Thread: HID conversion kit, ever used this before

I haven't got that particular set up, but have installed HID upgrade to my Super Oscars.
Definately recommend HID, but you'll only need a 35W set for normal on road use, and I've just ordered 4300K replacement globes for the 6000K I have.
4300K is the tempurature used by all standard fitmetments (OEM), and there is LESS "light" at 6000K and above.(I had a Disco 3 with standard HID lights, and changed the globes on a whim, to 6000k...they were nowhere near as good).
Having said that, 6000K in driving lights will blow away any halogen globe of any wattage.
