Spot on, but just to avoid confusion "SET47" is the part number for a single bearing assembly.

Set 47 is it, ID'd by two different suppliers by using the cup number and measuring the carrier spiggot (where the bearing is pressed on).

You should always replace then as a set anyway. There's far less than half the set price difference between just the cup or cone and the set price.

Sorry to necro this thread, but it's the best place for my question.

As I can see it, the bearings are:
    Timken
    Crownwheel:
    Cup: LM102920
    Cone: LM102949

The outer pinion bearing that I just removed is a Timken M88046.

Does anyone know the number of the larger inner cone on the pinion?

    Thanks
    Regards, Will
