Spent the day fitting a 2in lift to my D2. Bit of a mix-n-match, used Suspension Stuff Silver shockies at both ends, the rear springs are OME +2 variable rate coils, with D2 rear variable rate coils in the front. Didn't have spacers for the crossmember, so I've moved it backwards only using half the bolts until I can get the spacers.
End result about 60mm each end, but with all the work gear in the back its currently only sitting at +40mm.

I'll get some pics up as soon as I finish my rear bar - its still in blue primer & looks pretty ugly.
Now I just need to find somewhere to play not too far from SW Sydney - any ideas?
