Thread: d2 vibration

Hey guys got a 2004 td5 disco auto,
I was driving along the m7 this morning then suddenly the car started vibrating a fair bit and lost some power, it goes away when i hit 95kmh and above but anything below that it vibrates and when i ease off the accelerator the vibration gets worse. Its very noticeable when in park when applying only a little bit of revs.
any ideas to what it may be would be much appreciated

Flex plate on the back of the motor???
