You need to get a copy of the electrical library and wiring diagram pdfs both which come on the RAVE cd.

I thought AMV told you the vehicle was already chipped? Are you 100% sure it's not?

With LR stuff it seems to pay to deal with people who know LR's.

You'd be better off with a rechipped ECU:

Engine control units (ECU's) for Defender / Discovery - Upgrades - Triumph Rover Spares South Australia

The other route is to track down a reflashable ECU to suit the car, then getting a remap. It ends up more expensive but is also far more flexible in that purchasing another the remap is cheaper//easier than buying a second chipped ECU.

Intercept boxes aren't a good solution...

    Go with Offtracks advice...

Was looking for random stuff on ebay. And there is a full rebuild kit minus compressor and exhaust wheels. Was only $88 delivered (well to me atleast).

Turbo Rebuild Kit Land Rover Defender TD5 GT2052S | eBay

Hoping this is my issue. As I only get the squeal from 2000rpm and is gone by around 2700rpm. And then dosent come back until revs go to idle.

Qn for the experts. Does the turbine shaft need to be re-balanced when rebuilding the turbo?
