    Rubber Donut? They don't give much notice of failure and can cause driveline vibrations at 80 kmh.

    It might not be the right train, but what about the front tail shaft. It caused vibration when mine went, and it might have coincidently gone at the same time.

    Just a thought.

    Surely a front drive shaft wouldn't provide vibes at a particular speed...
    Then again.
    Any chirping from under the car OP?

    Mine did this too after some work, did a wheel alingment no good, replaced damper better handle no good, changed wheels around (front to rear) no good, found it gettign worse, removed front prop (diff lock on) no good found quite street go to 80Kh head out window (i know looks great yeah) drivers wheel going mad when wobble hits.
    spent hour looking over front end, found left ball joint abit loose quick change over and WALHA! fix'o

    wobble gone just wheel to the left abit easy fix

    have a look at that I did not think it was gone but new one was the fix
