			Indicator wiring

I have fitted up my ARB to the Disco. Wasnt to hard.
Fog lights fitted up pretty darn easy. But how have people accessed the indicator and parker wiring?
I have had a look and the only way I can see to access the wiring is by pulling the head light out. Is that how people have done it.

D2a I assume? If so, yes...
D2, undo the screw up the top (lift bonnet) and pull the Indicator forward

Yep! that's how i did it with my TJM bar and I soldered the wires rather than using connectors. Be aware that the addition of the Bull Bar indicators into the circuit will trigger the Trailer dash light signal and it'll flash in unison with the indicators. You can overcome this by wiring thru 2 relays (one per side) or put LEDS in 2 or more lamps to reduce the overall load or ignore the dash signal all together
Actually I don't ever tow so if the dash lamp doesn't work at some point in the future it means i have a blown indicator lamp/s

Yep Tombie, its an 04 D2a.
Sounds like pre face lift, is nice and simple like my old junker GQ. Why did they have to jam so much crap into the engine bay.
Oh well if I have to do that. I might do some preventive maintenance and do the headlight globes while its out.
Onebob,
The arb bar came with a short loom with plug. Which I was going to solder and coat with liquid tape. Good tip on the globes though. Might grab some LED's. Supercheap seem to have a good range.
