    Actually, it does make a difference when running wider tyres - rim protection. A 7" rim is better protected when running 265/75's than an 8" rim.

    Yep, have agree, that's why I am still running 7s ....the tyre sidewall is also more vertical thus reducing sidewall staking as well.

    I plan on going to 8s with zu rims because I will be getting 33s.
