....I know... It doesn't help when they seem to have been less than that.... But more is allowed when opted for M10 studs.

My truck might have to come visit you sometime for the M10 treatment. Drilling and tapping just isn't my thing and I have a slightly leak happening...
Where do I take the manifold in to be refaced?

The Td5 manifold studs are all M8. I Increase the 4 end studs to M10, and all others replace with quality M8 studs. JE use 'torque' tubes, these allow a cushioning effect to expansion and contraction rates and save the stud from stretching and therefore breaking.

I got a price on these today from John Hollick of JE Engineering in the UK - GBP45.00 delivered. Going to order a set now.
