    Nanocom Police Setting for BCU/Instrumentation

So I recently bought a nanocom, and I'm quite amazed at all of the things it can do.

Recently on one of the US forums I read someone posted a problem where their replacement instrument cluster wouldn't turn on the ACE light at key-on test, even though their Discovery has ACE. So I checked the nanocom to see if there was a setting that could be enabled. There was!

There are also some other settings that I was wondering about. There is a "gulf" setting, that I assume turns on the over speed warning at 123 km/h (though please correct me if I'm wrong).

There is also a setting listed for "police" that I am curious about. Does anyone know what it does? I don't see it listed in RAVE, which isn't too surprising because the copies of RAVE we have floating around seem to be designed for the NAS market, and I don't think Land Rovers were ever used as police vehicles here.

My P38A also has a police setting according to my RovaCom. Dunno what it does. I should read the help files.

The effect is undocumented. That said, there is a police spec instrument pack listed in Microcat, so it's likely that it enables or changes functionality to suit that part.

The Police setting has the headlights on constantly with the headlight switch in the "park" position. When you switch the headlights to "on" they flash left to right.

    No change to engine performance.

yes i played one day.....(but didnt drive around with the lights flashing)
