The codes Rok Dr posted relate specifically to loss of communication between ECU and the EAT ECU, so the trouble is going to be on the CANBUS lines between the two.
The P1842 is basically a follow-on fault from the loss of communications, and indicates that the signals being sent between the two ecu's.
I've attached the P1843 diagnostic flow only as the P1842 will clear up when you solve the underlying problem.

Diverting the aircon drains is easy as! No need to remove exhaust or anything.
I simply used clear beverage tube 10-12 mm diameter and pushed it up into the drain spigots about 25 mm or so and tied the bottoms off on the Transmission pipes with cable ties (auto obviously).
They don`t need to be very precise.I`ve had this in place for years and it works fine.
Most of the water comes down the centre of the tube, but even if it doesn`t the natural tendency of the water is to track down the pipes either inside or along the outside and follow the direction of the pipes and away from the XY switch on one side and the Cardon joint on the other.
Works really well.

Hi Turbo Couple of photos The tube measures 13.2 mm
2nd attempt
1/2" (13.2mm) OD 1.6mm Wall Clear plastic tube from Clark Rubber good spec'
Pushed into the existing drains approx' 30mm the second still had the non return on the end, it pulled off easily. The photos are 2 x drivers side then 2 x passenger side. It was done a year ago.
If you use the arm with two elbows you should be good
