    This, absolutley this. Actually I think I used half inch..., but yes you will need to file etc, and thats a bit of a pain, but, if you, or anyone else who may have owned the truck previously, has tested the bumper off road, then there will be some slop in the chassis holes. Also, the crush cans you get with the Xrox, are heavy steel, so will not just compress easily under 10mm bolt tension. Ie, they will not flatten easily to match the contour of the chassis rails they sleeve around, so the heavier bolts help here, and in addition if you choose top add a winch, well.....

    I would also put hose straight on to the headlight washer jets output with a blocking bolt, rather than leaving the existing connector as mine tended to leak afterwards.

    The bar has arrived and is in the back of the Disco.

    I'll pull it out in a few days and sus it all out.

    CDL also arrived this week.
