If you want the full troubleshooting flows for the P-codes the place to get them is from the Land Rover tech support site: TOPIx - TOPIx
You need to create an account, ignore the fact that it asks for a company as it's not required. You will need to buy a subscription for access to most content, but if you narrow down exactly which area you need it's pretty affordable.
Once you find the Discovery 2 and year model, click on the "Diagnostics" link at the top right of the page, then click on "Diagnostic Flows" on the menu on the left of the page. You'll then get a page with a list of every diagnostic flow. To access the flows themselves you'll need a subscription. If you narrow access to Diagnostics, a single Model and Year, and short term access it will cost you £5.00 for 1 hour, or £7.00 for a day. What I've done in the past is buy a 1 day subscription and save every diagnostic flow to pdf for later reference.
