Is the outlet the pipe the one which exits the ZF auto box in the centre, drops then turns horizontally or the one which enters on the LHS ? Want to find the outlet to strap a temperature probe on, so need to sort outlet from return.

Also, I take it the auto temperature alarm sensor is only a switch, not a proportional RTD sensor like the engine coolant?
