    20,000km on two Britpart OEM hubs so far. No drama yet (touch wood), apart from my own stupidness in not adjusting the abs lead properly and having it's insulation rubbed through by the hub. I'll keep you informed on how they go.

    There's timken and theres timken.

    he good stuff comes from Euro factories (been to two of them) theres timken genuine chinese made and then theres chinese bearings in "Timken" boxes.

    And then there's the quality of the castings which can affect the life of any
    bearing

    I dont know about LR but for boat b trailer bearings I go for Australian made Timkin or Japanese.
