    BCU craziness

so recently retrofitted electric seats to my D2 TD5
whilst nanocom progamming the BCU to power the electric seats, some gremlin crept in and has wiped out most of the options my car had.
i now have no alarm, no HDC, no superlock etc. the Nanocom shows when i read the settings that these are all disabled and i can enable them in the write settings using nanocom, and it says successfully updated, but wont keep the settings for some reason
i ended up hotwiring the electric seat loom so they work, but would like to try and fix the error.

    anyone come across this ?

I can't help, but is it an early Nanocom or an Evo spec one?
    Cheers

    tried that
tried copying the entire BCU map from a fully functioning car with exactly the same options as mine and still no luck, perhaps my BCU is suspect

What version of the Nanocom One firmware are you running?

Add: There was a bug fix in the 2011-10-11 firmware for the EVO that resolved a BCU "Settings random changing bug". The 2.08 Nanocom One firmware looks to have been released on 2011-11-04 so should have this fix. The only other changes to the BCU module since then are minor bug fixes for things like power wash test not working and reversed indicator tests.
