I got mine from turner engineering in the uk with fitting kit, the LR head parts kit and a tube of hylomar 3400 just before Easter. It was delivered in 4 days and came in at around $2700 including shipping and gst.

Mate, I feel your pain. I had this nightmare for 2 years. Oil increasing, I got the oil sampled and tested and was getting 6.6% dilution after only 1500ks.
Ended up getting a new AMC head and 5 genuine new injectors. No more problems. On the AMC head you can clearly see how much more meat is around the injector holes. Very frustrating for me as I have always looked after my car that I bought new.
    Regards

3 hole is thicker, so you can just use that one. You can go thicker, not thinner.

Well all looks good. Have done nearly 200klm and no rise in oil level. Now maybe boost up a bit, already been remapped years ago at davis landys.
