    Door Light

    Hi All

    can anyone tell me where i can get into wiring loom for the door light for a full 12v as the loom in the door trim only gives me 1.5v?

    Without looking at RAVE, you may find its only 1.5v because the switch talks to the BCU rather than actually powering the light like it may do on an older vehicle.

    is there anyway of getting 12v to work from the door light or better using head lights to get 12v?

    Well i got a gift that puts the LR logo on ground when door opens fitting suggest to wire to door light for when opening the door

    You may be better off picking up power at the light in that case and running it to the gizmo.

    Yes the SLABS ECU is the controlling force. The door switches are located in the door latching/Locking mechanisms. So you will have to use the actual light power wire as your source . So that your puddle lights operate in conjuction with the interior/entry . You really need the RAVE Electrical library to follow it correctly
