    Try http://www.zamzar.com
Just gave it a go with the service schedule PDF. It does reasonably good job, but the output still needs a bit of cleanup. That said its far better than acrobat.

Thanks guys. I'll have a play.

I had a quiet day at home yesterday, so made my own xls version from scratch. I'm still playing with the format.

Basically I wanted a checklist of all potential service items with frequencies and last time attended to, including non regular service replacement items such as batteries, alternator, door actuators, so at the moment its very much a living document.

Will post when I think I have covered most of the bases, so the gurus can point out everything I've missed - unless someone wants to play with/see the current version?

Using Libre Office on a Linux computer, I could open the PDF link in this thread, edit it and save it.

I believe Libre Office is available for Windows too.

Yep, I'm still refining the excel version as items arise, but anyone is welcome to a copy of where I'm at if you don't mind removing my data.

Attached. Partly cleaned up, but needs massaging. I have a couple of other documents that I really should amalgamate into this.
