    Changing plugs D2 V8

Finally getting around to changing the plugs and leads on my D2.
Read everywhere how hard replacing the leads is and got them out really easily... labelled and diagrammed so I replace them with the right lengths.

Trying to get the plugs out now and it seems like my socket won't go on properly? Is there any trick to it or do I just need to try harder?

Check you are using the correct plug socket. Your plugs could be either 5/8" or 13/16" hex, depending on what the last mechanic fancied. Both size plugs fit equally well.

Started thinking that after I posted... I was just trying with 13/16 as thats what the new ones are. Will give it a go tomorrow. Thanks!
