    Speedo drive gear

This question is for all the D2 Guru's.
I have changed the wheels to 265/75/16 BFG KM2's.
The speedo is about 8-10 k's out.
I heard there is a speedo gear that would suit the bring back to correct speed.
Have anyone heard of this and know where to buy one?
Know the navi is best solution, but would like to true it up if possible.
    My Disco 2 is a 99 TD5 Manual.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers Dave

    Hey Dave

The D2 speedo reading is generated from the wheel sensors for the ABS.

They don't have a drive gear in the Transfer like a Defender unfortunately.

A timely question as I'm about to do the same thing.

Can anybody confirm if these work - http://www.superlift.com/accessories/truspeed.asp - or is there an Aussie company who sells them still (previous posts suggest companies that are no longer around)?

    Slunnie and I run them.
    No problems at all.

You need the unit to suit the LR as it allows the diagnostic freq. to pass through.
