Just to clarify things a bit. I had intermittent low voltage on the front right sensor. I replaced the hub as it clearly had some wear and also to fix the low voltage problem. The problem resurface but not as often, and normally in humid/wet conditions. I decided to clean the SLABS connectors with electrical spray. Now it has gone to an electrical failure on the right front sensor. Pulled the SLABS unit apart and cleaned it with electrical cleaner spray. Made no difference. The main thing that makes me think the SLABS is faulty is that I can clear the fault and it will reappear even before driving off. It even appears when I disconnect the C0505 plug which has all of the wheel sensor inputs. If I go for a drive no other wheel sensor faults occurs with or without the plug connected. Maybe it's time to get a second hand SLABS off of ebay?

Sounds like it
Sounds more and more like the SLABS has an internal fault. Obviously, spraying it with electrical cleaner won't fix a faulty solder joint or component.
If replacing it clears the issue, I'd like to see if I could have a look inside the unit to see if there is an issue that can be fixed, so I can post the remedy up for others, as it may become a common fault. If you are interested, can you PM me to see what arrangement we can come to?

This is sounding more and more like danny_bristols issue. I had a look at the new hub I put on the right front and found the grommet on the sensor lead had come off the bracket allowing the sensor lead to partly rub through against the CV gator. Does the SLABS check for resistance through each sensor even before driving off? I disconnected the sensor at the wheel arch and it still throws the error on startup without driving. I think I'll end up buying a new sensor and 2nd hand SLABS ecu.

Fixed! Sensor lead had fallen out of its support on the hub. It had worn through the insulation after hitting the CV boot. A bit of rain gave enough moisture shorting the circuit and setting the amigos off. New sensor is now fitted the offending grommet has the added support of a cable tie. I'll post a pic in another thread.
