Mine has some fuel hose slipped over with a hose clamp on each end. The section is about 100mm long. It doesn't leek but my new top radiator hose does even after I just replaced it last week.
Happy Days.
There is a small hose (5mm?) running across top of radiator to expansion tank.
Mine has broken - old age i guess. My research reveals that it may be part number PCH 000360.

Can the forum confirm this and maybe advise best place to source a new one or if joining existing one is OK?
Many Thanks

Thanks Scott,
the tank outlet appears to be a flexible hose, about 50mm long, which connects to this pipe, same at expansion tank end. Best to replace the pipe. I'll order a replacement.
Does it leak at the tank or at the motor? If it is at the motor ensure the spigot outlet is absolutely clean as any corrosion will cause it to leak. I did mine twice before I took it off and wire wheeled it on the bench grinder!
Also the hoses have an alignment mark on each end and a corresponding 1 on the motor spigot and the radiator tank. Also make sure the clamps are square on the hoses and located properly . There are sealing ridges on the pipes that cannot have a clamp crisscrossed on it.
Cheers Scott
Hi
I've just changed this on my V8, expansion tank to the top of the radiator as preventative meassure.
Part number PCH000360, Britpart from Rimmer Bros.
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Jerry
