They'd be matte black, to match the bar.
Going with tubular style sliders so it'd be easy for them to run straight into the scrub rail.

I've searched google for 10 mins and come up with nowt. Must be my pills - I'm reasonably sure that I'd seen a members D2 or maybe D1 on here with scrub rails. And you might still get someone that comes back with a result from within the board. Early days yet.
But, rather than waste my time 100% and come back to the thread with nothing I've pasted below what you probably shouldn't use as inspiration....what were they thinking?

I dunno if you've stumbled across this guyyet. His D2 looks ace and it's not been without cost but he has no scrub rails unfortunately. It's worth your while going back through his blog posts. He has done some impressively good stuff and takes good photos too. Check out his limb risers. They're not a substitute for scrub rails but they could work for you. Cheap too.
And yep, go the black. Silver was a PT. Is your bar an ARB? they're usually a glossy black rather than matte.
More food for thought.
Yep, it's ARB.
Want to see a D2 with them on?
Not sure if Daniel is on the forum...
Anyway this is his D2....

Cool. That's not too bad at all.
If they ran parallel to the panel crease they'd look even better. His might well have started out higher up but have been knocked.
You might take a few photos when you do your sliders, etc and post them up a tutorial? I'm sure there are others that would appreciate seeing the amount of work and considerations that go into fabricating a set of sliders.
I thought the same about the crease but apart from that they look great.
I can take lots of piccies, but I'm basing mine off Toppas

I'll have a read of that thread later tonight. Cheers for the link.
