    D2 td5 automatic gearbox making funny noise

    Hey guys
    Bought my disco 2003 td5 auto in may with 156k. It's been just in the last couple of weeks here an then when you have the auto in drive but stopped at the lights it makes a slight wierd noise, like something is out of balance. It doesn't do it all the time but when it does if you hold the brake an give it some throttle the noise goes away.??????? Anyone has similar problems??

    Cracked flex plate??

    Check through the inspection hole underneath
