    Big coolant leak

Well, been driving around like a mobile atm machine with the daughter today, finally pulling up at the local shops when at that moment gushes coolant on the ground. zip up the hiil home with no heating issues. Let things cool down a bit and investigate, hop its just the lower hose, hope

Sorry been away, happy it was a coolant hose, the expansion to thermostat to water pump and heater, 3 hoses in one ..... The one that costs $ 140 and busts your knuckles getting it off. The new hose now comes with a plastic junction that now can get brittle with heat, yay!

Probably be ok, the radiators have plastic side tanks, and they get exposed to heat also.
Remember hose are consumables, 10 -14 years is quite a good run for an item.

Was told 5 to 7 yrs for these, but it all depends on usage and environment , just cautious of another equation in there.
