    Code P1592 ???

    I have this code p1592 on my Nanocom evo and am trying to find what it means,as usual i'm getting nowhere fast.would one of you fine chaps try and explain it to me and what i need to do to fix it.it was there before i replaced the coils yesterday.

    That is a "ABS rough road signal high" The unit has detected a possiblefault in the SLABS or a faulty connection or a faulty sensor. It can also just be the rough road has interrupted the signal from a sensor. Clear it and see if it comes back.

    I sort of read that wrong in RAVE, The unit can suspend the ABS system if a rough road signal is detected until the vehicle has finished traversing the rough road. This apparently can also generate the fault code.

    i also have the ABS light on so this would explain it,Maybe ABS pump failure???

    The "rough road" signal may also turn on the ABS light. The ECU does all of that to prevent the ABS thinking there is a braking need and activating. Which could be "interesting" at 80kmh on a dirt road! Unless there is other indicators in the system the ABS pump is unlikely to be faulty
    The info on how it operates is on page 507 in the RAVE.
