    I did....

    shocks (stock to EFS Elites), then
    tyres (255-55-18 HT --> 265-60-18 AT, so + .75" in sidewall), then
    springs (Kings +2", standard front, HD rear, linear rates)

    .....over the course of 12 months.

    Springs made the biggest difference in ride by far. Those old stock units were harsh.
