Changing 3rd row seats for Bins

Can anyone tell me how much is involved in fitting the cargo bins in place of the 3rd row seats in my ES D2 V8?

I will never use the 3rd row seats so they will be coming out anyway.. It would be nice to have the bins in the back for misc stuff...

I changed my bins for seats a couple of years ago (sold the bins sorry)
Changed not only the bins but the side window surrounds (cant remember why, seat belts?), also if your taking the headrests out the trim at the back of the headlining is different.
Once you take your seats and lower side trims off there's a bracket or two behind them.
If you have a rear A/C unit on the LHS then a bin wont fit there.
You can take the inner pull handle off the tailgate, the non-seat tailgates have a different trim with no mounting holes for the handle.
Not too bad a job, I did it over a couple of nights after work.
    Cheers

    Thanks Dave
I do have the rear AC so that takes care of that side...
At this stage I will leave all the other bits and bobs in place I think... just remove the seats and fit up a Bin on the drivers side.

    Cheers

If you want to fit a second battery, then the rear bin areas are good locations. If you can't fit a bin on the lhs, then maybe that might be a good place for the battery (I don't know how much space the a/c takes up though).
