    Hi All,

I know that most of you know this. But for those reading this thread that do not know, you get lockup if you drive in 3rd, which comes in at about 70kh which holds down to low 60's as standard. Ideal for towing and low speed driving, which keeps the rev range at it's optimum efficiency and does not generate heat from the TC.

What does the resistor do? Where does it go?
Also doesn't the auto lockup early in Low Range anyway in the D2 to give better down hill control and engine braking? So for off road use this mod is not required in a D2?
