May not be a big help, but if the fuse is ok have you checked the relay. Mine doesn't have SLS but I think the relay is in the fuse/relay box by the battery.
My SLS compressor has always been stuffed,
I bought another which arrived today,It has no power getting to it,
My question is , how do I trace the power to it?
My hand book says fuse 28. All fuses under the drivers position are all OK.
The way the car works is to join the two small pipes that go to the air suspension bags to a tee with an air valve. So far I just pump it up at a servo or an on board compressor.
What I need is wiring diagram, but I can't find one.
There is no power to the main power plug but I can hear the servos clicking.
All comments welcome.
Regards Nick.

Have you confirmed the power supply is arriving at the SLS compressor with a multimeter (or not) don't assume that the compressors are both not faulty until you do.
I second investigating the relay. Mine was stuffed in the opposite way, it stayed on. Result: burnt out compressor. It could even be a dirty contact where the relay plugs in under the hood. Check for any corrosion etc. I'm fairly sure there's a higher current fuse under the good for the SLS. I can't remember, but it is definitely where the relay lives.
No , no power to the main plug from the fuse panel.
I have checked all the fuses under the bonnet too , all ok.
I just need to find out where the electricial pick up comes from so I can run a new feed.
I do not know if the if the car has some sort of limit switches which stop me from checking power or is shutting off the power as if the thing is at the correct height. I do know the new compressor works because I ran it up off a battery.
There are height switches on the chassis at the rear, connected to the trailing arm to the diff. If you have pumped the car up to ride height the switches will be preventing it switching on again until the vehicle is lowered again. Deflate to the bump stops and try again with the procedure. A read of RAVE on the SLS operation would be an idea too.
Cheers Scot
If someone has set the sls ecu to no, (that is metal springs) there will be no power to anything sls related. This may have been done to kill the warning light.
Check that first if possible, then check for 12v to the pump relay coil, (under the bonnet), then listen for the relay clicking, you should also hear solenoid valves near the compressor operating. Make sure the air lines are connected to the valves first.
If the ecu detects ANYTHING not quite right it will shut off power to the compressor.
Good luck.

Thanks for all this info gentlemen.
I tried hooking up the new compressor to a spare battery with the pipes connected. I ran it for about fortyfive seconds to a minute and the car did not raise at all., so I stopped it .Mind you even when I put an airline on the old tee piece valve it takes a while before it starts to lift off the stops.
Do I need to disconnect the height sensors from the back axle thingy? If I do , do I just undo the plugs?
I will reconnect my Nanocom again tomorrow and have a look at the spring settings.
As I said the servos are talking all the time (as were the old ones).
One thing I noticed was that now , when I lift the car up with the old Tee piece ,it gets to what looks like the correct height setting and then I hear something like a blow off valve letting go a small gush of air. Now that never happened with the old setup.Just thinking this is odd, because the two 1/4 pipes are only hooked up to themselves.
I really do appreciate all your help, thank you all.
Regards Nick.
