G'Day Aaron,
Did you ever get around to buying some ATZ P3 tyres? If so, how have they gone?
I am looking at putting a set of 265/75 R16's on my Defender 90', and would love a bit of feed back.
Cheers,
Phill.

Hi Phil,
I have a set on my work Navara in 265/70R17.
They are are great AT tyre, have done 70,000 km and still have another 10 to 15 left legally. They were really quiet for the first 55,000 km, not ridiculously noisy now however I can hear them.
They are good on road, especially in the wet. They are more than adequate off road.
I am having the same tyres fitted again next week.
Cheers,
Lee
PS, I had other MT ATZ's prior to the P3's and they were very ordinary in comparison, the P3's are a totally different tyre.

Thanks Lee.
I am tired of the noise from my Goodyear MTR's. They seem to be a great tyre in the dirt. Let down they are ok on the beach, but they are still digging like mad..... And that's on my 90'.
ATZ P3, here I come. :-) If it wasn't for the price,
, I wouldn't be so careful about buying them.
I keep hearing that the ATZ P3's are great. Some say the MTR's are better because they are 60% dirt and 40% road, but I dunno how they will go on the beach.
Cheers,
Phill.

In the sand
Sorry I can't help you re in the sand as it is a work vehicle, on my D1 I have Maxxis trepadores, the probably make your MTR's look good on the sand.
I have to run them at 12 on the front & 10 on the back!!!
