Thread: What's that noise????

Driving around today and the engine sounded noisy. Seemed to increase with revs. I thought it might be the radiator fan.

I hit the ext temp button and it said 43 Deg C!!! So that might be it.

Air Con in the Disco is much better than the Pathfinder..

Try putting it on the "recycle" setting (the round arrow thing button).
That way it cools the interior air, and reduces power drain on the engine/aircon as it's then not trying to cool consistently hot air being dragged in from outside.

Yes I forgot about recycle. I had that on yesterday but turned it off to cool the car quickly. Ie: blow out the hot air and forgot to turn it back.
